I ran across this song browsing some Jack Johnson Lyrics. I think this song sums up a Postmodern worldview. I think that one of the biggest challenges facing the Church today is the question of how to convey Truth to an emerging generation that believes we can’t truly know anything.
Never Know
I heard this old story before
where [...]

I first heard this back when the U.S.A. first invaded Iraq. At that time I was an Anarchist, and pretty much anti-everything. The following lyrics are from Who Would Jesus Bomb by David Rovics. I want to say that I am no longer a fan of David’s music, but this is a great song
I’ve seen you in [...]

Here is a great post from Missions Misunderstood the I found blog surfing this morning. (When I [...]

I haven’t found the time lately to sit down and write, besides I have so much running through my head I haven’t been able to decide what to write about. Here are some thoughts that came to me after praying recently. Basically the following list is an insight into my heart and mindset as of [...]

I checked out the Church Growth & Evangelism section of the Wesleyan Church website, and I found this Article. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. There is a big movement within the denomination to a more missional outlook. I’m sure change will come slow (I hope not to slow), But atleast its a move [...]

Another Good blog surfing find. This is a great article on church programs I found at The Assembling of the Church Blog
Am I against church programs?
Many times, I am asked, “Are you against church programs?” Some people, knowing that I do not stress church programs, also make a jump in logic and ask, “Why are [...]

A boy grows up in a small village in Saudi Arabia. He has never really heard of Jesus, other than that he was a prophet. He has never heard the Gospel, the only stories he has heard of Christianity are stories of the Crusades. From an early age he memorizes the Koran, Prays to Allah [...]
